Position Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead all financial operations at Flix Brewhouse, driving financial strategy, planning, analysis, and reporting. This strategic role will partner closely with executive leadership to optimize financial performance, ensure compliance, and support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with company goals.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

• Prepare accurate and insightful financial reports to inform strategic decisions.

• Establish and maintain robust financial controls and compliance frameworks.

• Monitor critical financial KPIs, providing strategic recommendations for optimization.

• Manage banking relationships, financing arrangements, and risk management.

• Evaluate investment opportunities and perform ROI analyses for capital projects.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).

• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including at least 5 years in senior financial leadership roles.

• Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry strongly preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of GAAP accounting principles.

• Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical abilities.
